WOTN/Draw Something

Target Ipad 4 retina display wi-fi 32gb model £457 on amazon.

Starting bank £100

Bank now £156.63

Draw something:

Blackburn vs Blackpool 12/5

Yeovil v Walsall 12/5

Barnet vs Dag & Redbridge 12/5

All 3 draw get £91.32 for £5.50 stake

Over 2.5 goals

Palace vs Birmingham 4/5

Leicester vs Milwall 5/6

£10 double = £33.00 return

boom!

My maths may be failing me here but shouldn't this treble pay closer to £200?

3x£1.50 doubles  and  £1 treble

Does that cater for your maths Sir

It certainly does. Had it counted as a straight treble.

Did Dubai ever put up his WCQ suggestion?

That is one of THE great all-time blonde Posts, Alex.

It's also been posted already about 3 times.

If you're struggling for material Alex, you could also write about how the world is round, or do a piece on where bears poop.

But yeah, bravo for posting this, it took guts to go against the grain like that.

I prefer it when people take the time to construct interesting, honest posts rather than popping in every now and again to belittle and condescend to all and sundry.

That is why I enjoy this forum.

As an avid reader of this blog I have come to the conclusion that you are not well suited psychologically to the life of a professional poker player.

You are over-emotional, defeatist and pessimistic which is a terrible combination in your line of work.

You seem to be experiencing a pretty standard downswing yet, in your eyes, the world is conspiring to ruin your life.

I used to follow this diary for the entertaining use of language and the evocative turn of phrase, now I find myself clicking in to see what happens when morale finally reaches 0%.

Your honesty is admirable but it paints a very bleak picture of your mental state.

I hope the break helps repair your mood and attitude to life.

What football team do you play for?

Well done with the profits. Excellent set of results.

Commentators who talk about 'hang-time' as though it's some mystical concept, when basically all it means is those who jump higher are in the air for longer.

Pretty sure most people do not believe humans capable of floating.  The combination of height and timing in Ronaldo's header last night was something to behold though.

Worth noting that, last season, Metalist demolished Salzburg 8-1 in aggregate in the first knockout phase.

Salzburg not anywhere near same level as Newcastle but it shows that Metalist have the capacity to very quickly blow off the cobwebs..

Ant,

Down to your sheer enthusiasm for Crystal Palace I've stuck a score on them v Middlesbrough on Saturday.

It seems to me like it started as a conscious idiosyncrasy to define his posts but once people started digging him up over it he obviously couldn't stop because that would be giving in to peer pressure.

I thought I would post and correct the Blondepoker sight. My name is Anthony Martin and I played the recent DTD £300 Feb' tournament having finished 12th in the January tournament. At the beggining of level 8 I was sat with 40000 chips which was about average as the blinds were 500-1000. Alan Stearn was sat to my left in the BB as I was in the SB. There was a MP flat caller and as I looked at my cards I saw A9o, I called as well. Alan Stearn raised to 3000. Both the caller and myself called the raise.
Now the flop came A, 9, 3.. perfect for a check which I did Alan Stearn bet 3000 the other player called and I went AI. Now after great deliberation Alan after telling himself I had two pair called the AI for his tourney life. The other player folded. As I turned over my two pair he groaned and showed AJo. Now to me this is an apalling call, how he thought he was in front to make the call is beyond me. If he thought I was putting my tournament life on the line with anything less than two pair well forgive me but I am not having it. His reaction when the Jack hit the turn was equally bad shouting 'yes' and thumping the table.
Blonde poker reported this in their live reporting as though we both got it in on an equal basis as such. No, he made a terrible call and got rewarded for his bad play. He then went on to finish in 4th place and collected £10,000, probably forgetting his bad play and sportsmanship. Just to put the record straight

Fold pre but, as played, 9975/call on flop.

Welcome to blonde.

Been following with interest but still no clue what all the abbreviations mean.

Anyway, I'm in.

£10 on Man Utd 19/20.

Not sure what I'm spinning up for yet, I'll give it some thought.

Good luck everyone.

Step 2:

£19.50 on Scotland +15 v England his weekend at 10/11 with BetVictor (available at EVENS elsewhere) from TfT thread.
