Just played the £150 like a complete non pro/rec payoff wizard. Worst i have played i think although only played online
for past 4 months. Massive sigh at being an absolute bluff monkey/spaz.
JK gave me some fine words of wisdom think he could see exactly what i was doing as he passed me on
the break (hero) and i had a little moan to Kurt and Jason they were most supportive bless them.
Love DTD just need to not be a complete fishbowl next time i visit.

I think on page 200 of this you'll look back at page 100 and be like "wtf?!" same for 300 > 200 etc etc.
It's called maturing
Good luck with all your endeavours mate, happy to assist/donate any way I can
I'm hoping I can tick off some of them for me when I hit my next 00' pages, I've still got some time to finish some of my goals but I'm the same - some done some not.
Well done mate.

Sean, do a run for charity and combine two of your goals.

Not sure if this is a level.
Have super weak ankles and a run will kill me. Want to do something though. Looking to support Alzheimer's as I've recently pretty much lost my Aunt to it. Terrifying how a condition can exist that makes someone who has played a fairly major role in your life no longer recognise you. Even more terrifying is the lack of a cure or any sort of prevention.
Ideas please Blonde?

if you decide to do something Sean ...please involve me my grandad has Alzheimer's,
I put the charity in my sig a few months ago when he was diagnosed.
The really annoying thing the doctor told us there was better medicine but it was/is too expensive!..."why even bother to tell us about it then !"
If I can't be involved ill support you in any way I can.

Do a sponsored Parachute Jump!!
Put me down for £25 if you do it as I will get a similar return to when I have flicked it in for a Belton stake, but a warmer feeling inside!

Weak ankles, what are you - Bambi's twin brother?
How much running have you done on the road, and have you built up slowly whilst doing any strength exercises for your ankles/legs? Running isn't that taxing on your ankles (well it shouldn't be) compared to sports like football, hockey, basketball, etc., where you have sudden changes of direction.
If StuHop can run a marathon, with his dodgy feet, there's no reason you can't train for a 10k or half marathon, and do it for charity.

Yes.
If it wasn't too weird, I would show you. I mean with charity as motivation I could probably get 10k done but it would be incredibly painful. I have size 13 feet, no arch (as in completely flat footed, they spread like an elephant's when I press down on them), bunions, an incredibly narrow heel, all supported by an ankle no bigger than my wrist (I can fit my handspan around it.) The ankle on my right foot also rubs against the joint horribly because I have no heelstrike and instead put my foot down sideways. Seriously, next time I'm walking away from the table because I just gave you a full double up, check my retarded walk. It's like I'm permanently holding in a shit, but I have cramp in my right buttock.
I've included lots of calf exercises in my workouts, so hopefully I'll be ready to do something next year. Might do something like a sponsored row, see if we can get Poshboy involved. He must have done some varsity boatracing in his time.

Careful with your parachute landing. A mate of mine (who's prone to injury) managed to break his ankle doing a parachute jump. Probably worse injuries you can suffer though jumping out of a plane!
