How's everyone else getting on? Been a little quiet on here today.

Getting my hair cut in a bit so that might chop a couple of pounds off. Getting on fine though, no exercise yesterday as i didn't have time.. Obv some who have posted itt, would have squeezed out the time to run a marathon or something...
Sched was:
0600 wake up, shower, changed, breakfast etc
0700 on the road for my commute to work
1900 get in from work (0600 to 1900 this is my standard weekday routine)
1915 tea
1930 played LVTC
2230ish bed

Currently doing my gym sessions in on tues/weds nights /sat/sun days. With mon and thurs being pokes. Bit harsh on the wife but she can live with it for the next 6 months or so i'm sure. Thought about getting up earlier but my cross trainer makes such a noise it would proper piss the neighbours off, plus i would probe be knackered. Only get 30 mins for lunch which i rarely have the time to take, so thats a no go.

Well done on the running girgles.

got an ipod touch, presume the app reads barcodes? i have an account on their website, but have trouble with stuff like a canteen beef curry or a plate of chips. i've been reading packets and writing down the numbers, not a huge problem as long as i'm overestimating on the stuff that ain't in a packet?

I'm a week behind you boys (still not got scales) so only on day 2.
Think my calorie count is pretty low but i don't think it's a problem at the moment. Had some huge leaks eating wise.
I've not had any snacks so 3 meals a day. Having half the cereal I had in the morning. Still reckon it's comfortably over the 40g serving but I've budgeted for that.
Yesterday was my first day "home" after visiting parents so it was a corner shop run. Had soup for lunch and tea. Serious soup testing will need doing as at tea I thew out one after 1 mouthful and another I only managed half.
Today I had soup for lunch and a healthy/low cal ready meal for tea. Got some bananas in case I need as snack but not needed them yet, think I just enjoy eating crap rather than being hungry.
I am drinking huge amounts of water though. I don't drink tea or coffee so decided I could sub in water for my usual cordial/sqaush. Been drinking loads before eating in an effort to make me not feel hungry after. Don't know if it's having any effect but I've not been hungry so I'm not going to stop it.
Going to try and keep up this sort of eating regime for a while.
Yesterday just did a walk, just moved to the area so was planning a run route. Went "running" tonight. Probably a bit too soon after I'd eaten. Going to go in the morning from now on and do the same route. It was more like interval training as I didn't run it all. It's only 3k but hoping to build it up so I can run that before attempting anymore.

I wasn't going to get involved but I want to be in on the banter so I will if that's ok Cheesy

I weighed myself today and took a pic on my phone but it came out blurry, I tried again the same happened so I gave up I'll get my dad to take it while I'm stood on them tomorrow and try and work out how to post it send to Dr Milligan and get him to do it for me Cheesy

Not sure exactly what targets I've got atm so for the moment I'll say lose 2 stone by Vegas this summer which is June 24th and I was 16 1/2 stone last week. If the Dr manages to sort my legs out it should be a lot easier once I can get to the gym again, if not then it will be slower but w/e #keepthefaith

If I don't hit the 2 stone then I'll ship a ton to your charity Lee and the same to the Myelin Repair Foundation.

If I'm not the same weight or less on December 1st as I am on June 24th I'll ship the same (Again if that seems ok)

Just weighed myself as I normally do at the 1/2 way stage. Says I've only lost 2lbs. not happy with that. Expected at least 6. Only thing I've changed is Having a low carb meal for tea instead of a 3rd VLCD shake and an apple as a snack. My stomach is hurting so maybe I have a 4lb shaz waiting to be unleashed. Gonna have to hardcore it to reach my target of double figs by Sunday. As usual GL fatties

11 days in, 7 of those I have been to the gym on a new programme set up by my trainer, and I am absolutley knackered - deffo taking it easy today.

Managed to stick to the food changes so far, not having as much bread has deffo made it easier for me hunger wise.
