i decided not to post diet every day ...but
Today's food,

0700  bowl of alpen
cup of tea one sugar.

10:00 banana

12:30 two slices of bread chicken breast with salad creme (70 % less fat)
bag of french fries
banana

15:00 small orange
cup of tea one sugar

18:30 3 very small lamb chops 2 small skinless sausages new potatoes with carrots and runner beans
Muller light yogurt

roughly 2 litres of water

Lunch- Ham and mustard sandwich and an apple

Tea- Vegetable lasagne and an apple.

3 or 4 cups of coffee with skimmed milk and 1 sugar

1 litre of water.

good going mate do you feel hungry?

i am trying a different approach to last time i lost weight  cos i want to keep the weight off ,if i ate this come the end of the bet i know id pile it back on.

Been ok today, I think porridge is a good filler for breakfast. I think its the days I've had cereal for breakfast I've felt hungry but that is only a sample size of 2. I had an omelette one day for breakfast and wasn't even that hungry at lunchtime tbh.

calories in - 2400. calories out - super lame 1 mile jog 1 mile walk. used to be able to jog 5 miles Sad

<1500 again today, need to be as good as I can with the big weekend coming up... going to go for the healthy option where possible bug not going to miss out or spoil the weekend by counting calories etc.

Got my first annual review at my new company today. Could see me reaching for the booze, pizza and fags again. Scheduled for 3-4. Praying they don't have some time logger i haven't noticed which tracks how much time i spend on Blonde!

Mostly involved mine sweeping all the kids garlic bread that they did not want. On the plus side there is no more cheese in the fridge either Smiley
