Had a bloody lovely Indian last night. Had the absolute works, can't think of anything I missed out on.

So how's it going lads?

Better than your tennis bets. zing

Aren't you the bloke who had to ban himself from re-depositing onto betting sites because he was losing a fortune?  Cheesy

I'm in profit, come follow my tips and you'll stop backing three legged horses.

Still, best of luck with the challenge. Have found this thread amazing, fair play to all involved.

Fair enough, was only joking in any case. Would rather we all won than any bastard bookie so best of luck when you return.

Just read through this whole thread too and there's some really unhelpful comments. Anyone looking to change their lifestyle shouldn't be told to change every single aspect and to do it straight away, that just won't work. Slowly but surely the attitude change has to come about.

I can put on weight and lose weight with ease. No idea why, just can. Don't need to eat well or properly, I just excercise more and make a sub-conscious effort to eat less when I do feel hungry. My method isn't right for everyone and I'd never suggest it. It's about doing what's right for you.

Very easy for people to forget that just because something works for them.

Best of luck to you all.

Will always acknowledge when I get owned; but in this case it's a bit odd when someone who loses money gambling is trying to take the piss out of someone who is winning. However, I apologise if any offence was taken and I'll leave this thread to get back on track.

Dropped five pounds, eaten better overall but a long way from being perfect and had a blowout at the Tamworth Everton game yesterday.

Managed to do more exercise than I've done for a a fair few months and will increase that more this week, also stopped being lazy and driving kids to school the shops etc and walked instead.

Rejoined slimming world to motivate myself to keep going, so in summary pleased but I'd been eating that badly that I didn't need to do a lot to lose the 5 pounds.

A couple of people who have joined the thread have not posted ......
Kev ... Dan
How are things going guys??

I find it helps to post your meals good and bad

Will try and post a lot more on the thread but this week has been crazy working 12-15 hr days

Not going to weigh in until tomorrow night as I first weighed last monday but hoping for a good start as others  have had as I have been on mainly eating salad (really helps as we have a salad bar at work) chicken/fish & veg with fruit for snacks, also not been drinking pop which is a big thing for me just had 500ml bottle of pepsi max over the week and have managed to drink 2 litres of water each day.

Hopefully this week I will have the chance to get my arse to the gym which will be good as this is about not just losing weight for me but also getting fit again.

Fuck it, I gonna go to an aerobics class now for a laugh  Cheesy

That was plenty hard enough for me. It wasn't aerobics as such more of a semi circuit training class with weights. Reckon I'm gonna go again next time just to gawk at the insanely hot chick that was there

Jayyzuuuz, stiff as a fucking board this morning, even getting out of bed hurt a lot  Sad

sounds like everyone's doing really well, good going guys. for week one i didn't change a thing with my diet just did exercise every day. 2 days weights rest 16 mile cycle. lost 2 lbs according to the scales, think there's a lot of variance in weighing yourself but whatever it's a boost to see the number go down i suppose. anyway for week 2 i will be keeping up the exercise and trying to eat 2500 cals a day or less. prob gonna have to nit up this thread with what i eat every day to keep on track.
