Bah, still ill.
Yesterday went into the gym with the missus, managed 9 minutes walking on a treadmill then went in the sauna for an hour to try and sweat out the bug.
This sucks, going to try and fight it, and keep the calories down, by getting a shed load of fruit.
Also will increase the number of walks my dog gets.
This really could derail everything if I am not careful.
I owe £160, I owe £160, I owe £160...

I blow off the scale on a peak flow meter, does that mean I'm gonna live forever?

It's not eating the choccy... it is the damage I want to do after eating it. Back in control, a painful demonstration of why I need to steer clear. Defo gym tomorrow for that...

I have to run the gauntlet multiple times daily so I feel your pain Diet 28/02/12400g Chicken 50g Onion 100g Rice Ginger Marinade Chilli & Rice Pro 50 Isoclear Protein: 228g Carbs: 108g Fats: 28g Cals: 1630 Off to a good start this week so hopefully will lose a couple lbs before next Thursday when I go away. Ideally I would like to be heading into April with only 1 stone to go and 2 months or so to get there so a decent month is required now. Not been able to train this week due to my training area being swamped by boxes and other **** Hoping it's all getting cleared today though so I can get back on with things in the normal routine, manic week has started and I'm just about to head to bed shortly for a few hours before working again tonight......

Woke up Mon morn with the stiffest shoulder and neck ever from sleeping in a strange position I guess. Its not improved and hurts like hell when I turn my neck. Exercise is out for the moment, gonna be really tough if it doesn't sort itself out soon.
