Only 11k to add to my rowing total, so I am now 45k for the year. I was hoping to be in the region of 100k a month so I am well down on where I would have liked to be at. I started running again on Monday so this will take more sessions away, guess I am just going to have a pull the finger out, Sunday is the next scheduled day. Keep up the good work everyone.

Starting weight - 10st 4.5lb
Current weight - 9st 13.5lb
Loss this week - 0.75lb
Total loss - 5lb
Target weight - 9st 5lb

Good to be in single figures on the stonage now and pretty pleased with small and steady loss in 2nd and 3rd weeks- fits in with my plan to drop the excess weight over a period of a couple of months. Gatso's birthday and apat team championships this week though, so breakeven at next weigh-in will be more than fine for me.

did you microwave the ham. Yesterday you said you zapped the wafer thin ham till is resembled bacon. How long for and does it taste like bacon. I am not a fan of wafer ham but all the kids love it in their sandwiches

Mrs Red told me off for calling it wafer thin ham. She said it's just thin ham. Lol.

I just put a slice on a microwaveable plate and zap it for 2 mins. (850 watt) Just keep your eye on it.

It's great for a bacon flavour without the calories.

One large orange.
Mug of tea with sweeteners.

Apologies for bad picture, tea steamed my lens up.

Also, Mrs Red says I have To apologise for using plates that don't match.

Knowing Sophie I'm going to guess Mrs Red's comment about the plates not matching.

I'm really tempted to join this club.

Hmm......

Me too - I need an incentive although to be slimmer and healthier should be that.

Oh to have some scales handy  Grin or just a wild guess upwards of 18st - would that do?
