Thanks Marky. The odd thing is I never drink coffee at home, only in the car, & at work.

Honestly, I could never drive anywhere without a latte. It's a sort of comfort cloth, I just sip it, & end up throwing half of it away, but it'll last me hours.

I knew you were partial to one, during the tournament at the Nugget this summer you polished a few off while I was playing and I only made level 6 Cheesy


Playing poker in The Nugget with a Starbucks, has to be the greatest. I got a fresh one at every break. Decadence at it's decadencetist.

so i decided to forget about january, crappy cold month for diet and exercise

yesterday i had less than 2000 cals and today i did bench pressing, sprinting and 2400 cals.

After a short break (of eating) I weighed in at 14st 7lb this morning.

So new short term challenge, under 14 st 4lb by March 2. £10 for every pound I am over.

Starting weight; 14st 0.5lb, February 1st

Target - 12 stone.

Week One Target - 5lbs loss.

1st Feb - 14st 0.5lb

2nd Feb - 13st 13.5lbs

3rd Feb - 13st 11lbs

Current Loss = 3.5lbs

Yesterday's consumption.....

1 x Latte

4 Rice Cakes

2 Ryvita, with Extra Light Philly & fresh sliced toms.

1 Slim-a-Soup

1 cup of Oxo

Concoction (chicken breast version) with a tin of chopped toms, mushrooms, & oxo cubes.

Grape & Pineapple fruit salad

1 Low Fat Yogy.

8 x Nurafens

Rennie Intake = 0

A good start.

Disappointing few weeks having only lost 1lb. Refocus required & lots more exercise. Really looking forward to getting back on the bike to work everyday but in the meantime I need to do more cardio.


Starting weight - 17st 1lb
Current weight - 16st 6lb
Loss this week - 1lb
Target weight - 13st 7lbs
