Few obvious setbacks for me ...I know some /most if you think are just excuses but I supposes that's why I am fat in the first place !!

I am going away Easter weekend and my birthday is on the April fools day so

APRIL 2nd I am back on this until at least the summer !!

WEEK ONE loss =  7.5lbs.

Week TWO Loss = 3lbs.

Week THREE Loss = 2.5lbs

Week FOUR loss = 2lbs

Week FIVE loss = 2lbs

Week 6 Loss = 1.5lbs

TOTAL loss so far, after 52 days, = 21lbs.


March 23rd - 12st 7.5lbs (0.5lb loss)

March 24th - 12st 7.5lbs

March 25th - 12st 7.5lbs

March 26th - 12st 7.5lbs

   
Week 7 Target 1.5lbs.

Month Two Target - 7lbs loss loss. 3.5lbs achieved after first 2 weeks. 

Average loss per week after 6 weeks = 3lbs.

4th March weigh in:     16st 0

Targeton 8th April:      14st 7lb

11th March weigh in:    15st 7lb

18th March weigh in:    15st 6lb

25th March weigh in:    15st 5lb

Strange week, ate clean and exercised. Gonna put it down to muscle gains....
Need to go down a size in jeans/trousers though, falling off me

Day 37

Starting Weight - 18st 4lbs

Target Weight - 16st 4lbs

Current Weight - 17st 6lbs


Not a great deal of movement but I didn't have a great weekend diet wise so all in all not overly surprised with the lack of weight loss but I guess any loss is good just need to step up the exercise regime

January and February went so smoothly, I thought slippages were not going to happen at all!

My eating is no better, but I am eating less.

Hit the weighing scales and saw 10st for the first timeeeeeeeeeee! 10st 13

So I am away from 11st for first time in years.

Hopefully get to 10'6 in no time.

Week 4 Update



Weigh in at 7.40am 28-03-2013

16st 5lbs (no change)

24.5% body fat (Smidgen lower)

48.2% water (1% lower)

The good=  3 litres of water a day and generally felt less sluggish for that ate to the plan apart from weekend

The bad= Since i have started this for some reason exercise has gone to pot need to at least do some this week

The ugly= not sure really despite lack of exercise felt sure of at least a 2lbs loss weekend was not mad just ate normally but certainly not to excess


Looks like no alternative but to up the non existent exercise to start shifting some decent numbers again

Weighed in at 226 today for a 2lb loss on the week and 9lbs overall from the start.

Back under 16 stone next week hopefully, well if easter doesn't cause too much of a problem anyway... It's a gauntlet with the house being inundated with chocolate and various other confectionery!

Day 41

Starting Weight - 18st 4lbs

Target Weight - 16st 4lbs

Current Weight - 17st 6lbs


First stumbling block, no weight loss this week. Need to up the exercise though as this is the stage I normally fail at past weigh loss challenges so must battle through!

Hard weekend coming up, out on a stag weekend so I expect some weight gain therefore excercise in the week will be important to try and balance it all out I think!
