Interesting goings on at Macclesfield tonight (first time anyone's ever said that).

Over/Under 1.5 goal market v Torquay has had over £95k matched. No other conference game has over £1k matched. Prices taken much lower than normal in that market I think.

In fact the City Munich game only has £34k matched. In before Macc keeper or defence 'should have done better'

Macclesfield shade it 1-0........

Incredible gamble goes south.

Corners made up zero....

Nba Tuesday update

Quiet Tuesday with only five games.  Not a great deal to report.  Two of the big four in the assist market both had double figure assist nights to close slightly on rondo.  Bulls lost on the road to Denver and the Bulls best player rose doesn't seem fully fit and their coach is playing it very coy in the media not admitting what is really going on.

Parker had a decent game 14 points 9 rebounds as the Bucks surprisingly good start to the season continues.

Usually big Wednesday nba programme with virtually every team playing. There are no games on Thursday on thanks giving night to avoid ratings clashes with the traditional nfl national TV triple header.

Basketball ante-post division and championship bets

nba championship   cavaliers   9/2   50
NBA Championship   Cavaliers   7/2   100

Cavaliers are 3rd in the Eastern-Central, 2.5 games behind the division leader

NBA - Atlantic Division 2014/15    Toronto Raptors   5/6   100

Raptors have the best record in the NBA, 12-2 and lead the Eastern-Atlantic by a whopping 6.5 games

NBA - Southwest Division 2014/15    Dallas Mavericks   10/1   10

the Southwest is a very tough division. At 10-5 the Mavs are in 4th! 2.5 games behind Memphis

NBA - Southwest Division 2014/15    San Antonio Spurs   1.83   60

the Southwest is a very tough division. At 9-4 the Spurs are in 3rd 2.5 games behind Memphis

NBA Championship   Chicago Bulls   8/1   40

Chicago lead the Eastern-Central with a 9-5 record

NBA Championship   LA Clippers   12/1   40

8-5 record, 2.5 games behind the leaders, in 3rd in the Pacific

NBA Championship   Toronto Raptors   66/1   20

Raptors have the best record in the NBA, 12-2 and lead the Eastern-Atlantic by a whopping 6.5 games

NBA Northwestern division   Portland Trailblazers   10/11   55

With an 11-3 record Portland are 4.5 games clear at the top of the division

The regular season will end on Wednesday, April 15, 2015.

my understanding is the top 8 in each of the two conferences make the play offs. seed 1 plays seed 8 etc, NBA finals between winners of east and west next June

at this early stage we look to have an exciting book

Some amazing stuff there, but is that Raptors bet correct? 66/1? Presumably £10 ew?

Yikes.

NFL Lads......

Seems we have a triple header on Thursday evening, with some interesting games.

Any point trying to put together a little "Thanksgiving Day" portfolio, so we can all have a fun night, sweating them?

BE will doubtless be putting some stuff up, & I'll follow that, but it'd be good (imo) if we had a proper Fred Sweat, too.

Yikes.

66/1 correct 10 ew was recommended due to the bad ew nature of the outright market with Eastern conference being so weak which Toronto are in. So we have 33/1 they win their conference which they are currently 8/1 for.

A well respected espn writer who does a computer based ratings simulation for the rest of the season currently has the raptors as 11/8 favs to win the NBA and around 1/2 to win the eastern conference based on his ratings for the season so far!  His ratings haven't really accounted for the raptors soft schedule to start the season with no road trips out west to contend with it before anyone gets carried away!  I tried to put a link up but if you google hollinger NBA play offs the page will come up and it's an interesting alternative to the bookies ante post markets as the season goes on as it simply uses stats from the season and is not biased towards big name teams like bookies tend to be.

Can confirm I backed up that Southampton relegation bet and suggested the Liverpool to cover the handicap vs Southampton, West Ham and Newcastle bet.  We should be able to write off both soon.  I have already taken the hit on the Saints one.

In better news, Fleur is now touching evens on Betfair.

Think Walliams is done, but Lauren might be a touch of value at her current price.

It's really good (imo) that we bet sensibly, within our 'roll, so can have a laugh about these things.

Go Fleur!

Pretty impressed with my love for Hojberg again last night

Be very poor if some Premiership sides were not interested at least on loan

Think Walliams is done, but Lauren might be a touch of value at her current price.

What you think, Doobs?

She polled well last week, but there were issues with the X factor Facebook thing or similar.  I think it is easier to just lay the 2.0 than try and work out which of the others is wrong.  Walliams does just look bad on stage, but if you are getting 5/1+ that is in the price now.  To be honest they all look a bit dull on stage compared to fleur.  If Walliams did some moves like Fleur he is always just going to look like your dad at a disco.  Stereo kicks look very dated with their moves (more 90s sub Westlife boy band than One Direction).  I struggle to remember many of Lauren's performances etc.  But despite all that 2.0 looks a bit skinny.  Maybe Lauren is the best bet left, but am not particularly enthusiastic.

I am not laying much off myself, as I'll move the market, and would be good to book the big win.

Yeah, all I've done is lay my stake back for a freeroll, and I backed Stereokicks at 25/1 when Cowell started gushing about them, too.

I was just gonna chuck a token bet on Lauren, and then lay that back from my Fleur dough for a total freeroll. Then the only way I don't get some profit, is if Walliams wins.
