arctic fire, jezki and rock on ruby in the aintree hurdle

Top Seniors

I assume whoever places needs to make the cut, as those top 4 are very consistent.  Sandy Lyle has made 5 out of 10 cuts in the Masters including last 2 years.  The rest have about 7-8 between them.  I dont see it getting outwith the top 4, but Lyle seems the best of the darts to me.  He has late draw including a Scottish amateur, which will be pretty much ideal for him, low key and with someone hacking around. O'Meara had very nice prep getting all cosy with Tiger all week, which sometimes helps him out.

what's the potential problem with a late draw day 1 then early-ish day two please?

weather?

The wind seems to pick up in the afternoon.  The Walker grouping goes off in the afternoon of Thursday and late morning on Friday, so playing in the afternoon both days.

No idea who Almeria are, so I'll guess at 1/6

It's not unusual for Barca to be sub 1.1 at home. Let's say 1.05, 20-1 the draw and 40's on Almeria.

Just looked. Ooooh.

I propose a treble - Almeria, then pick a Masters winner, and a horse for the National.

meanwhile in Vegas

More bets have been placed on Tiger Woods to win the Masters than Rory McIlroy. Twice as many, in fact.

I shall be having some money - very little, admittedly - on Tiger to do well, or even win.

I know, I know. There have been bigger surprises though. Think I'd have a curly lip if he finished well up & I never had an interest.

What price was he for The Masters when he was in his pomp? 3/1 or something equally ridic?

Somewhere, deep down, that talent is still lurking.

He looks happier now than in many a year, too.

He was a naughty boy, yes yes, but he has paid the price, & some. Would love to see a rejuvenated Tiger.

Not had a bet yet but might want to look at the Top Debutant market also, couple of firms you can bet with are going 4 places, it's 19 runners but 7 are 80/1+
