I may get shot down for just asking this, but at what point do Leicester become a viable bet to win the Premier League? You can get 33/1 at the moment.

Along with Chelski they would be 100% net worth lays at 33/1 and 75/1 if i could do it on credit and not have to tie the cash up.

Serious question.  What price Leicester are never top of the league again this season from today?  They are 4/9 to not win tomorrow.  If they don't win tomorrow it must be highly likely they never go back to the top at any stage.  They are then 4/11 not to beat Everton.  Even if they beat Everton they might not go top.

They are probably (not offering it for money) odds on to never be top of the league again this season.

Don't think villa are certs at all for the drop

Got enough talent most in first season and good players a couple of them click and they have a chance

Agree.  I was at Villa v Watford and they looked okay going forward.  Defence was a horror show on that game but they had promise.

summary from the NFL last night

* 49ers lost, Rams won. this puts the 49ers to finish fourth in their division back on track. 49ers 4-9, rams 5-8 and they meet last game of the season

* with 3 weeks to go Carson Palmer, the 80-1 e/w bet, is up to 2nd in NFL passing yards

http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/player/_/stat/passing/sort/passingYards

after Rivers of San Diego had to play in heavy rain against the chiefs defence

A bad game for Tom Brady somewhere, or perhaps rested in week 17 if they've secured the number one seed?..gives us a chance of a scoop here

* the Redskins beat the Bears and are leading the division with three weeks to go

the really crucial game will be against the Eagles in week 16 and the giants in the last week of the season

we are funking for the dolphins to beat the giants tonight

current standings

1 Redskins 6-7
2 Eagles 6-7
3 Giants 5-7

* the Steelers stuck 33 points on the Bengals and are live superbowl contenders now they are healthy. sadly Roethlisberger's injuries effectively scuppered the Pittsburgh most nfl points and roethlisberger passing yards bets, both of which would have been right in the mix otherwise given the potency of their offense.

Miami Dolphins v The Giants

Last week, the Dolphins decided that they needed to run the ball more, and for the first time this season they gave Lamaar Miller 20 carries. He took them for over 100 yards and the Dolphins managed to win a game of football!
Their new offensive coach likes to go run heavy, so much so that Tannehill only threw for 80 yards in the game!

This brings us to his matchup against the Giants.

New York's pass defence is what people usually focus on, they do tend to concede a fair few yards through the air, but they also give away over 100 yards rushing a game, and I think that Miami will be punding the ball again, then using the deep threats of Landry and Parker rather than concentrating on shorter passes.

Miller has his line set at what looks like a shockingly low 65.5 for this game. If he sees anywhere near 20 carries he will sail past this mark.

http://www.oddschecker.com/american-football/nfl/new-york-giants-at-miami-dolphins/total-rushing-yds-lamar-miller

Recommend £60 (or whatever we can get if restricted) on Lamaar Miller OVER 65.5 yards

Following the completion of the group stages the draw for the last  sixteen of the 2015-16 Champions League has taken place as follows:

Arsenal v Barcelona
Gent v Wolfsburg
Juventus v Bayern Munich
Paris St Germain v Chelsea
Roma v Real Madrid
PSV v Atletico Madrid
Benfica v Zenit
Dynamo Kiev v Manchester City

Group winners all face runners up in the ties. The last 16 games won't be played until February, with first leg fixtures on 16th and 17th and another round a week later on the 23rd and 24th. Second legs then take place on March 8th and 9th with the final set of fixtures a week later on March 15th and 16th.

After the draw the betting market has reacted as follows, with best prices available:

Barcelona 5/2 (Bet365)
Bayern Munich 11/4 (William Hill)
Real Madrid 11/2 (Sportingbet)
Manchester City 12/1 (BetVictor)
PSG 16/1 (Paddy Power)
Atletico Madrid 18/1 (Sportingbet)
Chelsea 20/1 (BetVictor)
Juventus 33/1 (Paddy Power)
Arsenal 40/1 (Bet365)

Each way terms are half the odds, two places at most firms

This was a tough draw for two of the English teams, especially Arsenal once again drawn to face Barcelona. Arsenal have only won one of their seven Champions League ties against Barcelona. Chelsea have the chance to avenge last season’s exit at this stage of the competition at the hands of PSG. Manchester City will be happiest and look to have the clearest chance of progression against Kiev, with the leg in Ukraine due to played in a closed stadium due to racism sanctions.

i am not sure if anyone can see any value anywhere.

is there a live outsider anywhere, for example.....?

or is it as simple as barcelona, bayern or real?

azpi, zouma, cahill and ivanovic is the back four

the biggest set piece threats are?

At the prices I like Atletico. Very favourable draw and the fact some big teams have drawn each other. Doing well in la liga, defensively brilliant, superb manager and experience of going deep in champions league.
