Just looked at prices tonight on football.

West Ham are 19/20 against Villa. Thought they would be shorter.

West Ham looked a very good side at home against Man City last weekend. Payet back looking a class act.

Villa have signed no one in transfer window, manager bleating about situation, hardly conducive for building confidence.

Any one got a view?

Thought exactly the same - seems huge imo.

From what I gather the whole Villa camp have now become accustom to the fact they will be playing Championship football next year. It really surprised me they didn't try and sign a player like Jordan Rhodes this transfer window, a proven goal scorer, what they are absolutely crying for. I'm not saying he would have been the saviour to all of their woes, because he definitely wouldn't have, but I think he would have been a great player to take on to next year and begin to rebuild.

On another note; Arsenal, City and Spurs treble is a touch over 4/1 - feel this is worth a small punt (can chuck West Ham in to get 8.5/1)

Were any of those late games or was it all in one go? Curious as to whether that person had a monstrous sweat on one game.

I did think the same - but they are constantly drifting and the bookies are constantly trying tog et people to bet this this game. Coral was doing EVS in shops earlier, when the price wasn't 19/20. I can't see Villa scoring, so the only thing is a 0-0 blocker!

would potentially back West Ham and 0-0

If you want a bit of value, Sky are offering Man U, Man C & Arse at 11/2.

Potential spot in the backing Palace in their game tonight. I am going to wait on the team sheets out at 19.00 and then either say false alarm, or go ahead with a mini essay suggesting why 2.6+ is worth a gamble despite form. Also going to spend the hour thinking if i need my head examined.

The commentator's immediate 'Oh no', is a perfectly pitched reaction.

Not really throwing a bet out there, but I do really like 3-2 either way in S-Wed/Burnley. There is some attacking talent between the two and plenty of goals scored by both as well, we hardly ever go without conceeding these days.

Clearly not in his bowling stride. Embarrassing.

Going to be in the minority here, but he's well within his rights to do it.

An international batsman should be in his ground.

It really isn't difficult.

Urgh, no Cabaye or Wickham. False alarm, but the 2.62 lingers as a bit of a joke price, it's just that on paper there is too much against Palace to say anything against that, but my gut says bet. Regardless, a false alarm but only just, the bookies are testing me here.

Top of the league at home to overrated mid table plodders a very generous 15/8 with 365.
