Thirsk 3:30 Englishman 8/1
Ran a very good 2nd in a Class 2 at Windsor on Sunday, and now turned out quickly oop north with Paul Mulrennan on top. The price is inviting, looking a little like a freeroll if he repeats the Windsor effort.

Stalls down the centre at Thirsk I understand, but have the jockeys been instructed to stay there?
Fast ground, so the stands' rail will always be quicker.
Looks like the powers that be have turned another draw course into a Newbury/Haydock.
Course ruined. Stalls centre again, ground ridiculously overwatered. It's like Kirkland Tellwright all over again.

Official going "Good" looks a bit ridiculous. Having said which, I can't complain too much, having backed the 8-1 winner of the first. Just have to look carefully at form on g/s.

Sorry about that. I'm still learning the etiquette here.

Sandown for Laydeeez Day today. They do like to get dressed up, don't they.
Fancy Chapple-Hyam's got Direct Times ready after an absence in the first, but looking for help beyond the Favs on the rest of the card. Or should we just lump on Roussel, Master of Wine, Ayrad, Euginio, UAE King & Almanack?
Any thoughts?

I've bet all of Kevin Ryan's handicappers (8 in total)
In silly multiples and singles today. Yard Been totally
Out of form this year so they're all well handicapped and
I sense the yard coming bang into form now.

Ground at Hamilton is described as good this evening its rained up here pretty constantly since about 7pm last night.
Anyone see anything that should like it soft? I'd think over the sprints we want something that stays a little further as well.
I might jump a taxi up to the course.

Stands side rail favoured when it is soft usually.

First winner drawn 9 of 9 and raced hard up the stand side rail.

Bronze Beau looks a great bet in the next.
Front runner, course specialist, loves the soft. Drawn 7 of 8 (original drawn 8 is a NR).
