Pah, fucked up today good and proper. Had a big spread of food sat in front of me all day at a work thing, started off sensibly with healthy stuff, then onto go on just one mini roll, go on then another. Then go on just 1 slice of pizza and pretty lost control from there and stuffed my face.  Angry

Gotta draw a line under that now and start again, I hope it doesn't fuck up the weeks loss. I suppose in the whole scheme of things one bad day so far isn't that bad I guess.

get in gym for half hour after work and burn it off?

Still not home yet mate was in London. Might get up early and go to a class in the morning as punishment or something.

Don't worry about it mate, it takes 3500 cals over maintenance to gain a lb of fat (Gatso to confirm)

Call it your cheat day and just crack on as you have been for the rest of the week  Smiley

Can't vouch for the numbers but 100% agree with not worrying about it.

One day eating loads won't make the slightest bit of difference in the same way that if you ate nothing tomorrow that wouldn't change anything either.

I can have a good old munch for a day and the scales will show +5lbs the day after. Is this just water weight type stuff or are we saying i ate 17,500 cals over maintenance?

Water weight hence me saying lb of fat Wink

If you eat loads of shitty carbs then water binds to them I believe and over a couple days of clean eating/drinking lots of water it clears itself.

That's my understanding of it anyway

Having a good week so far, gym etc going well.

The first thing that went out of the window last week was water, this week I am back to chugging plenty of the stuff and I have tons of energy.

I always put tonnes on when I eat loads of crap, processed foods etc.

By wednesday most of it is off unless I've gone insanely over my cals with food

its a joke lee as 62cals divide by the 6 crisps per pack = 10.33cals per crisp.

Had 2 dominos and untold fizzy pop in a day before. Someone told me once a large dominos was 10k calories, so I would have smashed that.

I reckon i will be on 10 stellas Fri, probs 10 stellas sat, with a few ciders, a bottle of Baileys before bed and untold shit food. That's if i don't get sacked tomorrow.. if i do it will be a lot more! Only got promoted 3 weeks ago. Made a massive cock up today. Putting it down to not being able to concentrate because of the shakes.

After this wknd I have a bad wknd first wknd in March and then the last. By the last wknd of march I plan to be at least sub 20 stonage.

I find that a touch unlikely

I can't get it close to 10k even with xl instead of large, triple cheese and one of every topping

Yeah. Someone was lying.

I'd guess the absolute worst of the lot would be about 4k.

Still a nice effort though. Well played Smiley
