Is there a table updated or graph on here to see how everyone is getting on?

Don't think so Stu, just the OP has everyone's starting weights I think and then the last weigh ins at a guess. Good idea though and maybe one of the more PC literate personnel could knock one up and we could gauge it this weekend.

Just think the graph would be pretty incred as everyone seems to be doing well and Girgy's would look the same as my sharkscope!

Mate dropped me round the jerk chicken one of these the other day http://www.musclefinesse.com/shop/brand/Sport-Kitchen/148/Sport-Kitchen-Quick-Sport-Meals/2378/detail and have to say it was pretty damn tasty.

I've just shipped 12 of them to give each flavour a proper going over and will report back once I've been through them all.

Diet 23/02/12

Syntha6
250g Fillet
150g Sweet Pot
100g Cashews
Pro 50

Protein:186g
Carbs:    86g
Fat:       68g

Cals:     1741

Only one main meal, was busy with work so just had some nuts and a protein bar later in the evening which made for a high fat day albeit good fats. Ruby tonight or might be chinky depending on what the majority decide, might not bode too well for weigh in tomorrow but meh w/e it'll even itself out by next weekend  if I'm carrying any carb induced extras.

Got some guy coming round to take pics of our house so I found out when Dad got up for work at 6 and I was still railing TV shows in the office. In all my wisdom rather than being disturbed so they could take pics I've sat up until he's been at 1030. Prob see my body clock even more messed up than it is now and I'll get up just before I go for dinner later Cheesy

Good girgles

Saying me sharkscope poker graph is a big diagonal line going from top left to bottom right as i play like a flid, likewise your graph would start high and be coming down with your crazy commitment to the cause.

Raman looks like he could be shipping a few $$ to a charity. Couple of others have been quiet of late as well.

Wonder what the combined weight loss is at the moment. I would guess 19stone
