  Really bad ......I have struggled this first month of the year...I have my reasons/ excuses but i will succeed eventually !!

  Two big positives here Lee. 1 - You haven't given up. 2 - You lost weight this week. It isn't a race. It's a lifestyle change.  If you only lose half a pound a week, you will get to where you want to be eventually.
