Yesterday's food.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 wholemeal toast
1 slice thin ham.

Lunch.
1 apple
1 pear.

Dinner.
Grilled chicken breast with egg noodles and stir fried veg.
Pint of Carling.

Sundries
1 Highlights hot chocolate (fudge)

Total calories: 1489.

Starting weight: 14st 7 1/2lb
Target weight: 13st
Today's weight: 14st 1lb.

Loss this week - 1lbs

Really bad ......I have struggled this first month of the year...I have my reasons/ excuses but i will succeed eventually !!


Two big positives here Lee.

1 - You haven't given up.
2 - You lost weight this week.

It isn't a race. It's a lifestyle change.  If you only lose half a pound a week, you will get to where you want to be eventually.
