Breakfast: 2 eggs 2 wholemeal toast 1 slice thin ham.
Lunch. 1 apple 1 pear.
Dinner. Grilled chicken breast with egg noodles and stir fried veg. Pint of Carling.
Sundries 1 Highlights hot chocolate (fudge)
Total calories: 1489.
Starting weight: 14st 7 1/2lb Target weight: 13st Today's weight: 14st 1lb.

Yesterday's food.

Lunch. Chicken stew with crackers.
Dinner. Tuna with pasta & salad.
Sundries. 3x Highlights hot chocolate. 1 Cup a Soup.

doing well mate ! whats with the highlights hot chocolate? don't like tea? Oh I love tea, it's just that I crave sweet things. The hot choc really hits the spot and it suppresses my appetite. Plus, it's is only 40 cals a mug.

Really bad ......I have struggled this first month of the year...I have my reasons/ excuses but i will succeed eventually !!
Two big positives here Lee. 1 - You haven't given up. 2 - You lost weight this week. It isn't a race. It's a lifestyle change. If you only lose half a pound a week, you will get to where you want to be eventually.
