Well done red that's what I should be losing .....but !!

Starting weight - 17st 3lb
Weight as of 20th jan 17st 2lb
Current weight - 17st 1lb
Loss this week - 1lbs
Target weight - 16 st

Really bad ......I have struggled this first month of the year...I have my reasons/ excuses but i will succeed eventually !!

Two big positives here Lee.

1 - You haven't given up.
2 - You lost weight this week.

It isn't a race. It's a lifestyle change.  If you only lose half a pound a week, you will get to where you want to be eventually.
thanks Tom ....

Good work.  The ears are full of calories.

Start weight:      16st 2lb
Target weight:   14st 0lb
Current weight    16st 0lb

Total fk up the last two weeks, having a week on leave from work didn't help.

Gonna add a running challenge, not done any running whatsoever since start of September.

Aim to run a sub 30 min 5k by end of February. Will donate £20 to charity if not achieved. If I get off my ass and do some exercise it's probs not a tough challenge, but meh if I don't get round to doing any it will be very tough.
Will add some more challenges in the next couple of weeks.
