4th week weigh in and lost 12lbs this week after a bit of "scale" gate at the gym. So total loss is 38lbs.

We also had out sats done and I've lost 10" from my body and 5% in body fat.

Stay focused guys and there's always another gear so take that handbrake off and let's crank it up xx

There could be a problem with the scales we've been using Sad it could only be 19lbs now which is good I know but obviously disappointing after those big numbers.

Been doing the 5:2 diet with a little bit of success, I've lost around 5kgs since starting around 3.5 weeks ago.

Currently 107.5kg
Target 90kg

leg day today, ruined.  weigh in was good - 106kg

onward & upward.

Down to 104kg, not been training at all after moving house but haven't been eating like a pig either.

Time to regroup.

103kg - slowly but surely.

Yep, worst shape I've ever been in my whole life. Gotta do something about it.
