OTTOMAN EMPIRE 2.30 MEYDAN (LIVE ON ATR AND SKY SPORTS)
13-2 general is fine
open looking race a nice eway shape with 11 runners 4 of which according to the market and all known form cant win due to the trip or being outclassed.
what have i found out that the market possibly has not? Well last time out ottoman empire raced against arthurs tale (4-1 here) and was beaten. However o empire covered 25 lengths more ground throughout the race and had a very troubled trip. The horse has not won for a while but is generally consistent on the all weather will appreciate this slight step up in trip and has more time today to the first turn to get a better track position. A Tale gets the blinkers back on it wore in america but my interpretation of the american form gives it a chance but not at 4-1/ Art Scholar the favourite i have discussed before despite the horses massive improvement and unlucky trip here last week (been picked up by comments) i still think the horse prefers some give on the turf rather than the all weather.
The main basis for the bet is that Art Scholars "unlucky" in running trip has been seen by the market but the extra ground the selection went has not. The horse is not going to improve at 7 and some others might still be better handicapped hence the small bet.
suggest £10 eway at 13-2
Given one of those "pegasus" rides Meaning? A flyer and he won by 80lengths?

Given one of those "pegasus" rides Dancing Brave was my thought. If the commentator knows the pace is "steady" then surely the jockey should, in which case you dont try to make up 10 lengths in 2 furlongs. (obv disclaimer of never having ridden a horse)

Given one of those "pegasus" rides even less pace than last time also got a fairly wide trip , even though i was annoyed at the time however the jockey had ridden the horse it would not have won of that pace unless it was a group horse which it isnt another one for the unlucky file that is ever expanding

Ottoman Empire covered 18m > winner Bay Willow, who beat him by ~4L. 18m = about 6.9 lengths

I have been putting this bet up for quite a while now & I will post it again as price is once again good.
Charlton v Wednesday
Wednesday struggling for strikers & generally in the market for one at the moment & are playing with Antonio up front at the moment. Even when not playing up front he is always having a chance when on the wing and will of course get even more chances when up front, our best player in my view.
As mentioned he is very likely to play up front and is priced up at a HUGE 11/1 for first goalscorer at Charlton, 11/1 on first goalscorer for a striker for one of the form teams? Obviously some places in the market have not done their homework.
Price is massive & is definitely a chance of this happening.
Recc (again) @ £5-£10.
Thanks Aaron. I need some help with analysing the value there. Looked up prices again & some firms smallening prices now. prices as low as 13/2 now with Betfred but 11's still there. Smallening? How did that get through!!!!!

Anyone following Walsall of late?
They have won 6 from 7 and from what I gather playing very well with it all sparked by a win against Colchester. This includes very good wins at MK Dons and Preston and last weeks home win against in form Bournemouth (with 10 men).
Colchester have lost 9 on the bounce.
Walsall are 8/5
Looks pretty big to me.

Yes, we follow every Walsall game, as we have backed them to ........be relegated. Got a good price, too. Move on.....

I was hoping this bet would fade into the TFT archives quietly or that Tikay would appear and say that he had mis-clicked and bet them for promotion as since we backed them that is the kind of form they have shown

We have worse bets than that still on the Spready, believe me. There can be tremendous value in these bets, but they can sometimes end up making us look a bit silly. Fortunately, we don't have ego issues.
