got a shot to nothing with Federer here

Should really be out, but pulled it out at 5-6 and Murray serving for the match

How is Murray favourite at the start of the final set?

Has been playing the best and is younger and fitter?

What do we think it was that Federer said to Murray after he won the opening point of the game when he was serving for the match?

"Don't choke" or something similar?

Sigh... Thought Federer had the experience and the momentum after the end of the fourth set.

This afternoon sees a "jumpers bumpers" card at Kempton.

Ericht runs in the 1345, a horse who has been a perpetual disappointment over hurdles since showing early promise in bumpers (6th in the '11 Champion Bumper (for which he was fav) won by Cheltenian and beaten only a short head by Cinders and Ashes who went on to win the Supreme).

Anything like this form on his reversion to a bumper should be enough to see him the dominant force in this field.

Currently 11/4 but I make him closer to a 2/1-9/4 shot.

Recommend £20 Ericht in the 1345 at 11/4 (BoG) with Stan James / Boyle Sports. If you can only get 5/2 look to punt it on the exchange instead.

EDIT: 5/2 BoG also good, but if this price halve stake to £10.

I don't make him that short.

But must be some money here as now 9/4 on Hills.

Agree with Aaron. These bumper for jumpers or whatever are normally run at a much slower pace than normal and proportionally too many good things get beat.

Would steer well clear, but gl

Thanks Ed

Only just got Online, with minutes to spare, & Ericht was generally 7/2, but my pc crashed & I was unable to get on.

So we have either just lost £70, or saved £20.

If you were on, I hope it won.

Guess that means it was an expensive bit of bad timing by me, & my pc.

Sorry Ed, but nice tip.

Hmm, right result but I hate being beaten on price as that's what matters in the long run.

Good call re: the pace BigAdz.

Good call re: the pace BigAdz.

When I logged on, which was around 13.40, it was 7/2 in three spots, by the time I got on the bookies site it was 0/30, but then the lappie fell over.

Shame, we've lost a few bob the last 2 days & that would have repaired most of the damage.

Move on.....
