Yes i have set up button 2-4 in the settings

button 2 = 2.1
button 3 = 2.4
button 4 = 2.7

The greyed buttons im referring to are whilst in play

"It's already in fix status Should be resolved in full tomorrow team are currently working on it"

109$ deposited in GBP= £80.63

Should I change my wallet into $?

Party give me £815.97 for 1000 euros and Stars give me £836.32? Seems like a big difference for no deposit fees.

Looking to clear some space on my HD, Partypoker cef-cache file is nearly 4g. What is this? Can I get rid of it?

"It’s a cache- yes  it can be deleted. CEF is used to serve web content in the client"

The last couple of nights I keep getting disconnected after about 30 secs of logging into the PartyPoker iphone Ap. Every single time. This has never happened before to me and I am using the latest update. Playing on my desktop PC is fine.

this has been happening for a number of people in the last few days, not everyone

interestingly it has been recorded most with people who have accessed play money on the app, and then gone back to real money

anyway this message applies

"All - For those experiencing mobile issues can you please take a second and feedback with the information requested below
We have the team working to resolve any ongoing issues in full and would appreciate the following:

Your connection: are you using WIFI, 4G etc?
Your ISP: you can use Find My ISP or similar to provide this
Your username "

if you want to PM that info for yourself i will pass it on, and then any progress reported (generally)

why does Party poker have such bad customer service support?They just dont reply.  Also DTD have failed in coming back to me with a response.

I sent an email for the attention of Nicola on the support page of the website, also a few emails via party. Also tried calling them a couple times as well.
