Will do Nakor, the African superstar gigs in London are always special events.

Enjoy the Avalanches, the Field Day weekend looks great, Polly Harvey & Air.

Are you off to Glastonbury this year?

Indeed sir - going down on the Tuesday.  Can't believe its only 2 weeks away.

24 hours of mass panic.

Email arrived yesterday to say Ticket had been dispatched.  Should have said tickets.  Email only one reference number.
See tickets were little help to be honest, couldn't explain why, did confirm ticket in wife name/number had been purchased.
Both tickets were paid for in one transaction, but system might be treating it as two transactions . . . . agghhhhh

Wife receives email this morning to say her ticket has been dispatched.
Now we wait. . . . . . .

Not to worry mate ,i am quite sure that Caz will have no objection to you going on your own if only one ticket arrives.

"I can tell you right now you are not F***ing going without me" was the opening gambit to that conversation.

Enjoy Glasto!

Ash to play a range of dates across the UK, Europe and the States to mark the 20th anniversary of their seminal album 1977. Cracking record, and shall be played in full. Guess we can probably expect a 20th anniversary tour of Free All Angels in a few years too Smiley

My daughter has been there since Saturday. The Oxfam Stewards camp just outside the fence, near Windinglake Farm. They have puddles so deep that ducks have taken up residence.
Forecast from here in looks a lot better though.

It's bound to be better than 2007 or 2008

Coach left Sheffield at 7am

13 hours later we're 3 miles away having covered 8 miles in the last 5 and a half hours

Really brutal on the coach drivers, our guy wasn't supposed to be working today and he's off on holiday tomorrow. Just the 220 mile trip back!
